Rampage appears as one of the Constructicon models in Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen. His alternate form is a Caterpillar D9T bulldozer. Rampage was once intended to form the left foot of Devastator, but this was dropped and Devastator was dependent for requiring the rest of the Constructicons, and formed by the ten vehicles with individual robot modes, although several of the vehicles are identical to the alternate forms used by the other Constructicons, including Rampage's bulldozer form. Rampage moves around by jumping on the tip of his snake-like body, which is called "jackhammer mode" in his Deluxe toy. He stands about 20 feet tall.
