History
The company was first established in 1986 as the SBS Radio Network Inc. (SBS being Sarao Broadcasting Systems) where it had the Las Piñas-based Sarao family, well known for its manufacture of Jeepneys, and the Vera family as venture partners, until The Vera Group took full control of the network in 1992 and renamed it to its current company name. In the coming months, the company will also venture into digital televsion broadcasting.
