In 2007, Pyramid sold Thomas Kemper to Adventure Funds of Portland, Oregon.
Pyramid also owned the Portland/MacTarnahan's Brewing Companies.
Pyramid is no longer a public company. It agreed to be acquired by Magic Hat Brewing Company in 2008 for $2.75 per share, a total of about $25.2 million. Magic Hat will "maintain offices in Seattle" after the merger. It was acquired in August 2010 by North American Breweries of Rochester, NY. Its ticker symbol was PMID.
