Ingredients and Safety
PureVia is a blend of several different ingredients. It contains dextrose, cellulose powder, natural flavors as well as the stevia extract rebaudioside A.
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) determined in December 2008 that rebaudioside A is safe for inclusion as a food additive.
However, there has not been a substantial amount of an independent scientific research done on the safety of rebaudioside A that was not funded by the companies that produce and distribute products that include them.
