Pulaski Technical College's main campus is located on a 40-acre (160,000 m2) wooded campus at 3000 West Scenic Drive in western North Little Rock, Arkansas.

The Campus Center, completed in 2006, is a 92,000-square-foot (8,500 m2) one-stop center for student services and contains classrooms, a food court, a 210-seat lecture hall, a cyber lounge, study areas, student activities and student organization offices, cashier stations, an advising center, a learning assistance center and the Education and Academic Success Division. The center also features space for college and community events and activities. The Administration building, constructed in 1976 and expanded in 1984, is a modern facility containing classrooms, faculty offices, a student center and snack bar, the Office of the President, the Fine Arts and Humanities Division, the Technical and Industrial Programs Division and the College Advancement Division. The Science building, completed in 1996, contains 27,500 square feet (2,550 m2) and houses the college's Mathematics/Natural and Social Sciences Division, faculty offices and laboratories. The Information Technology Center, completed in 1999, contains 40,000 square feet (4,000 m2) of instructional space, computer laboratories, an open computer lab, and a multipurpose community room. It houses the Information Technology Division, as well as academic and administrative Computing Services. The Allied Health Education Center, completed in 2002, contains 33,000 square feet (3,100 m2) and houses Allied Health and Human Services Division programs, as well as multipurpose classrooms and offices. The Industrial Technology Center, built in 1984, provides laboratory and lecture rooms for the Machine Tool Technology, Welding and Diesel Mechanics programs. The Business building contains classrooms, offices, and several computer laboratories and is located across from the entrance to the Main Building. Constructed in 1986, it houses the Accounting, Office Supervision, Legal Secretarial, Office Technology and Paralegal Technology programs. The Automotive Technology Center, constructed in 1987 and expanded in 1989, features classroom space and state-of-the-art automotive repair and collision repair laboratories. The Ottenheimer Library, completed in 2006, contains 15,000 square feet (1,400 m2) of library collections, technology and reference material. In addition, the library houses an information literacy classroom and exhibits area.
