Poland entered three women in its fourth appearance in Olympic archery.
Women's Individual Competition:
- Joanna Kwaśna — Quarterfinal (→ 16th place)
- Beata Iwanek — Preliminary Round (→ 33rd place)
- Joanna Helbin — Preliminary Round (→ 40th place)
Women's Team Competition:
- Kwaśna, Iwanek, and Helbin — Semifinal (→ 10th place)
