Pink Visual Apocalypse Bunker
In September 2011, Pink Visual announced that in preparation for the 2012 apocalypse predicted by the Mayan calendar, they are building a massive underground bunker. The bunker will contain all of the obvious emergency supplies and facilities as well as a few amenities. The bunker will have multiple fully stocked bars, an enormous performing stage with a rotating hydraulic platform and a sophisticated content production studio. The apocalypse bunker is scheduled to be ready by September 2012 and preliminary blueprints have been released.

Famous quotes containing the words pink, visual, apocalypse and/or bunker:
“Its no go the picture palace, its no go the stadium,
Its no go the country cot with a pot of pink geraniums.
Its no go the Government grants, its no go the elections,
Sit on your arse for fifty years and hang your hat on a pension.”
—Louis MacNeice (19071963)
“The visual is sorely undervalued in modern scholarship. Art history has attained only a fraction of the conceptual sophistication of literary criticism.... Drunk with self-love, criticism has hugely overestimated the centrality of language to western culture. It has failed to see the electrifying sign language of images.”
—Camille Paglia (b. 1947)
“The war was won on both sides: by the Vietnamese on the ground, by the Americans in the electronic mental space. And if the one side won an ideological and political victory, the other made Apocalypse Now and that has gone right around the world.”
—Jean Baudrillard (b. 1929)
“It appeared that he had once represented his tribe at Augusta, and also once at Washington, where he had met some Western chiefs. He had been consulted at Augusta, and gave advice, which he said was followed, respecting the eastern boundary of Maine, as determined by highlands and streams, at the time of the difficulties on that side. He was employed with the surveyors on the line. Also he called on Daniel Webster in Boston, at the time of his Bunker Hill oration.”
—Henry David Thoreau (18171862)
