"Over" is a song recorded by American singer Lindsay Lohan for her debut album Speak. It was released as the album's second single in the United States on December 14, 2004 (see 2004 in music). Although the song failed to chart on the Billboard Hot 100, it peaked at #1 on the Bubbling Under Hot 100 Singles chart where it stayed for three weeks. It was also successful in Australia, where it peaked at #27 on the ARIA Charts.

The song was written by Lohan with the help of Kara DioGuardi and John Shanks, who both produced the album. Its music video was very popular on MTV's Total Request Live. The song is about how her boyfriend is not committing to her.
