Fatai Olajide Olukoga PhD, alias Otunba, (born 1951) is currently the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Youth, Sport and Social Development for Lagos State, Nigeria. He is Chairman of the Board of the Nigerian magazine TimesNEWS.
