Otto Zehm

Otto Zehm (1970–2006) was a mentally disabled man from Spokane, Washington who died on March 20, 2006, two days after being beaten, tasered multiple times, hogtied, gagged and sat upon by seven Spokane Police Officers until he passed out and never regained consciousness. Zehm committed no crime and on May 30, 2006, the Spokane County coroner ruled the death a homicide.
