The Ostroh Academy (Ukrainian: Острозька Академія, translit.: Ostroz'ka Akademiia; Polish: Akademia Ostrogska) was a first Ukrainian higher school founded in 1576 in Ostroh by the Ruthenian nobleman Konstanty Wasyl Ostrogski.
