Osama Saeed

Osama Saeed is the Head of International and Media Relations at the Al Jazeera Media Network. His former front organisation, the Scottish Islamic Foundation (SIF), for which he acted as Chief Executive from 2008 to 2010 (the entirety of that organisation's existence), was forced to close amidst claims of cronyism, corruption and an inability to pay its own auditors. Although being the recipient of various awards (often linked to his own media & political interests), there have been substantiated (first-hand, but unreported) and unsubstantiated reports that Osama Saeed has taken credit for others' work and has borrowed from the publicity of others for personal gain.
