Mount Kilimanjaro
In April 2008, Omar climbed the highest mountain in Africa (Tanzania) Mount Kilimanjaro by the Machame route. So far he has climbed the mountain 5 times. In 2010, Omar helped found The Right To Climb, an initiative to raise funds and awareness for mental disability in Egypt through climbing Mount Kilimanjaro. To this day, 40 climbers have helped raise over $200K for mental disability in Egypt.
