Okpik, (Inuit for Snowy Owl) pronounced as (OOk' pick) is the cold-weather adventure program offered by the Boy Scouts of America's Northern Tier National High Adventure Bases at the Charles L. Sommers Canoe Base in Ely, Minnesota.
