State Route 4B (SR 4B, Ohio 4B) is a 5.97 mile (9.61 km) north–south state highway through Butler County in the western part of the state. The route runs from SR 4 south of Hamilton to SR 4 north of Hamilton.
Along its path, SR 4B passes through the western portion of Butler County. No segments of SR 4B are included as a part of the National Highway System (NHS). The NHS is a network of highways that are identified as being most important for the economy, mobility and defense of the nation.
The SR 4B designation was applied in 1997. Since the route was put in, no changes have been made
