Route Description
All of State Route 365 exists within Stokes Township in northwestern Logan County. The short spur route is not a part of the National Highway System.
State Route 365 begins at a T-intersection with the duplex of State Route 235 and State Route 366 about 1 mile (1.6 km) north of Lakeview. The highway travels amidst a neighborhood of cottages as it heads east, with side streets radiating from it. After a short distance, State Route 365 turns south, and then after another brief jaunt, the highway arrives at its endpoint, at a parking lot for a boat launch serving Indian Lake State Park on the west side of Indian Lake.
