Athletics
Oak Knoll School now competes in the Union County Interscholastic Athletic Conference, following a reorganization of sports leagues in Northern New Jersey by the New Jersey State Interscholastic Athletic Association. Before the realignment in 2010, Oak Knoll School had participated in the Mountain Valley Conference, which consisted of public and parochial high schools covering Union County and Essex County in northern New Jersey.
The girls lacrosse team won the 2005 North B state championship with an 8-4 win over Mountain Lakes High School.
In 2007, the field hockey team won the North I, Group I state sectional championship with a 4-1 win over Pompton Lakes High School in the tournament final. The team moved on to win the Group I State Championship with a 2-1 win over Shore Regional High School in the semis and a 4-0 win against Holy Cross High School in the finals.
