Corporate officers included Chairman Dr. George Rathmann (founder and CEO of Amgen), CEO Dr. Ted Love, and Executive Vice President Research & Development Dr. Michael Levy. On January 27, 2009, the company was acquired by ARCA Biopharma, Inc. in a reverse takeover transaction.
