  • Number 2 (Austin Powers), a character from the Austin Powers films
    • Emilio Largo, the main antagonist in the James Bond film Thunderball (as well as the Ian Fleming novel of the same name. Largo was referred to as "Number Two," in the film, indicating his rank as the second highest ranking official in SPECTRE. The Austin Powers character was a parody of the SPECTRE Command Structure.
