Cvjetkovich was previously in a relationship with female wrestler Tracy Brooks. He is the childhood friend of two wrestlers, Edge and Christian. While growing up, as stated in Edge's book, Cvjetkovich was referred to as "Fatty" by Edge and Christian. Cvjetkovich is a protégé and close friend of Jake Roberts. Sinn's real life brother Steven wrestles under the name Kobra Kai in the Canadian Blood, Sweat and Ears promotion. Cvjetkovich and former professional wrestler Stacy Carter announced their engagement on June 12, 2010.
