NY 365A is a 3.47-mile (5.58 km) spur connecting NY 365 to downtown Oneida. The route begins at NY 5 southwest of the city and intersects NY 46 in the center of Oneida before ending at NY 365 east of the city. It was assigned on January 1, 1949, after NY 365 was realigned to bypass Oneida to the east.
