Board of Commissioners
The New Jersey Turnpike Authority is governed by an eight-person Board of Commissioners. The members of the commission, along with the chairman, are appointed by the Governor of New Jersey. As of 2012, the commissioners are:

- Ronald Gravino – Vice Chairman
- Michael R. DuPont – Treasurer
- Harold R. Hodes – Commissioner
- Raymond M. Pocino – Commissioner
- Vacant – Commissioner
- Ulises E. Diaz – Commissioner
