Nechervan Idris Barzani
Nechirvan Idris Barzani (Kurdish: نێچیرڤان بهرزانی), or Kurdish: Nêçîrvan Îdrîs Barzanî) (born September 21, 1966) is the current prime minister of the Kurdistan Regional Government of Iraqi Kurdistan. He previously served as the prime minister from March 2006 to August 2009 and was appointed again in March 2012.
