National Religious Broadcasters - Governance

Governance

NRB members elect a Board of Directors and five Officers for the association. The five Officers, along with five Members-At-Large elected from the Board of Directors, form an Executive Committee that governs the association.

The day-to-day activities of NRB are guided by Frank Wright, Ph.D., the association’s President & CEO. Dr. Wright is an ordained Elder in the Presbyterian Church (PCA), and has decades of experience in Christian ministry, including a 25-year association with the ministries of Dr. D. James Kennedy. Prior to assuming the Presidency of NRB, Dr. Wright served as the founding Executive Director of the Center for Christian Statesmanship, a spiritually-based outreach to members of Congress and their staff. He holds a Ph.D. in Finance from Florida Atlantic University.

NRB has a number of standing committees, run by seasoned media professionals with related expertise. These committees include: Church Media, Intercollegiate (iNRB), International, Internet, Music License, Radio, and Television. NRB’s standing committees apprise the association of trends and news in their respective fields, and new committees form as emerging technologies and outreach opportunities develop.
