Form
This freeway is actually a bypass form. It travels through the countryside that isn't developed and by using Freeway No. 2, 4, 8, and 10 they link the developed area to the areas that is passed by Freeway No. 3. This freeway purposely passed through the rural areas of West Coast and at some point it may have an expressway or other freeways linking the downtowns. The purpose of this freeway is to inspire the economic activities in the rural area.
