Ownership
At the time of his death, Julian Vereker held half of the share capital of the company. The other half was in the hands of employees, including Paul Stephenson who owned 16 percent. Vereker bequeathed his shares to Naim employees upon his death, and these are held in a trust of which Stephenson is trustee.
