Garage Rock
Central Ohio and Greater Cleveland were home to a wide variety of garage bands from the 1960s, including The Outsiders. The Choir later added singer Eric Carmen and became Raspberries, pioneers of power pop in the early 1970s. More recently, the Greater Cincinnati area has produced The Greenhornes.
