Steveston (part of Metro Vancouver) has a major street named after the city of Moncton. This is because the founder of this seaside community, which is today part of the municipality of Richmond, British Columbia, was Manoah Steves, originally from Moncton.

Likewise, Winnipeg has a Moncton Avenue.
