Mirrabooka Bus Station

The Mirrabooka bus station is a Transperth bus station located next to Mirrabooka Square Shopping Centre in the suburb of Mirrabooka, about 12 kilometres (7.5 mi) north of Perth. The Public Transport Authority is currently (as of February 2011) upgrading the bus station with new signage, paint and more accessible paths.

Famous quotes containing the words bus and/or station:

An actor rides in a bus or railroad train; he sees a movement and applies it to a new role. A woman in agony of spirit might turn her head just so; a man in deep humiliation probably would wring his hands in such a way. From straws like these, drawn from completely different sources, the fabric of a character may be built. The whole garment in which the actor hides himself is made of small externals of observation fitted to his conception of a role.
    Eleanor Robson Belmont (1878–1979)

Say first, of God above, or Man below,
What can we reason, but from what we know?
Of Man what see we, but his station here,
From which to reason, or to which refer?
Thro’ worlds unnumber’d tho’ the God be known,
‘Tis ours to trace him only in our own.

    Alexander Pope (1688–1744)
