Family and Charity
Krzyzewski married his wife, Carol "Mickie" Marsh, in the Catholic chapel at West Point on the day of his graduation in 1969. They have three daughters and eight grandchildren. His charitable activities have included the Emily Krzyzewski Center, a community center in Durham named after his mother, as well as the Duke Children’s Hospital, the Children's Miracle Network, and the V Foundation for Cancer Research.
