The taco beef, beans, hot sauce, mild sauce and Chipotle chili recipes are signature products of Mighty Taco. Their trademark Roastito consists of chicken breast or steak in a large or small tortilla with roasted peppers & onions, sharp cheddar cheese and sour cream. Mighty Taco's menu also consists of a selection of tacos, burritos, fajitas, and nachos. For vegetarians, Mighty Taco provides vegetarian and bean tacos. Mighty Taco also has the famous "El Niño Burrito" which features a 1/2 pound of ground beef. In 2008, Mighty Taco began serving the "Buffito" which consists of chicken strips flavored with Buffalo style hot sauce and blue cheese dressing. In 2009, Mighty Taco began serving the "Mighty Fish Taco" consisting of a battered fish filet, lettuce, tomato, cheese, tartar sauce or salsa.
