Merb
Merb, short for "Mongrel+Erb", is a model–view–controller web framework written in Ruby. Merb adopted an approach that focused on essential core functionality, leaving most functionality to plugins. Merb’s unofficial slogan was “No code is faster than no code,” a reflection of the philosophy that smaller software had the potential to be both more performant and simpler to debug. Merb was merged into Rails web framework on December 23, 2008 as part of the Ruby on Rails 3.0 release.
