Meningoencephalitis

Meningoencephalitis ( /mɛˌnɪŋɡɵ.ɛnˌsɛfəˈlaɪtɨs/; from Greek: meninges- membranes; enkephalos brain; and -itis inflammation) is a medical condition that simultaneously resembles both meningitis, which is an infection or inflammation of the meninges, and encephalitis, which is an infection or inflammation of the brain.
