Both █ Tsuen Wan Line platforms share the same island platform. Unlike Nam Cheong Station, the █ Tsuen Wan Line and █ West Rail Line platforms are considerably far apart. The concourses for these platforms are a five to ten minute walk along a connecting passageway.
Although the West Rail Line platform is constructed on ground level, the track immediately north and south of the station is underground, which is why the station is covered and sealed off from the outside.

Famous quotes containing the word station:
“I introduced her to Elena, and in that life-quickening atmosphere of a big railway station where everything is something trembling on the brink of something else, thus to be clutched and cherished, the exchange of a few words was enough to enable two totally dissimilar women to start calling each other by their pet names the very next time they met.”
—Vladimir Nabokov (18991977)
