On 30 May 1975 Canada Post issued 'Marguerite Bourgeoys, 1620-1700' designed by Jacques Roy based on a painting by Elmina Lachance. The 8ยข stamps are perforated 12.5 x 12 and were printed by Ashton-Potter Limited.
