GGT operates 19 commute routes with service during weekday peak periods only. These routes do not operate on weekends or holidays.

- Thirteen routes operate between Marin County and San Francisco.
- Five routes operate between Sonoma County and San Francisco.

- All but two routes operate southbound in the morning with return service in the afternoon and evening; Route 92 operates in both directions during the morning and afternoon commute, and Route 97 operates one southbound trip only.
