| Blake throws an elaborate dinner party and invites Matthew and Walter in hopes of luring Matthew back to Denver-Carrington. Walter is willing to bury the hatchet, but Matthew thinks it is a set-up and doubts about going. Matthew's emotionally unstable wife Claudia persuades him to attend the party, and assures him that she will not have a setback at the party. Meanwhile, Krystle is worried about the costs of the party, and Fallon tries to explain her that during a crisis, the rich are supposed to spend a lot of money to showcase their power. While arranging the design of the party, Krystle yet again quarrels with the majordomo Joseph, but she eventually believes that they have come to an understanding. During the party, Cecil offers to help out Blake financially without expecting any favors. Blake doesn't trust the situation, unaware that Cecil has a secret understanding with Fallon, which obliges her to become involved with Jeff, even though she does not get along with him. While Steven is befriending Claudia, Fallon - who is smoking weed with Jeff - overhears Matthew telling Krystle he still loves her. Krystle gets mad at him over the past, which leads Matthew to an anger outburst, after which Blake plans on ruining him. | |||
