- Imipramine (Tofranil)
- Iprindole (Prondol)
- Lofepramine (Feprapax, Gamanil, Lomont)
- Melitracen (Adaptol)
- Nortriptyline (Pamelor)
- Opipramol (Insidon)
- Protriptyline (Vivactil)
- Trimipramine (Surmontil)
Tricyclics can cause arrhythmias and ECG changes and are very lethal in overdose.
These medications should be used with extreme caution in the elderly.
