In 2000, McKenzie began appearing in hardcore pornography films. Most of her hardcore performances have been lesbian scenes with other large-breasted actresses, including Autumn-Jade, Susie Wilden, and Ines Cudna.

McKenzie has also featured in a small number of heterosexual hardcore films. These include Ultimate Linsey (2001), which features McKenzie with her first husband, Terry Canty, and Maximum Insertion (2004), which features her in a hardcore threesome scene with Czech pornographic actors Veronika Pagáčová and Robert Rosenberg.
