Liberty Global, Inc. (NASDAQ: LBTYA, NASDAQ: LBTYB, NASDAQ: LBTYK) is an international media company and one of the largest broadband providers outside the United States of America. It was formed in 2005 by the merger of the international arm of Liberty Media and UGC (UnitedGlobalCom).
