Leones del Escogido (English: Lions of the chosen one) are a professional baseball team in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. Established in 1921, Leones are the third most successful teams from the Dominican Winter League, behind Tigres del Licey and Aguilas Cibaeñas, having won 14 national championships and 4 Caribbean Series.
Leones defeated Aguilas Cibaeñas 5 games to 4 in the 2011-12 best-of-nine finals. They represented Dominican Republic in the Caribbean Series, and won the event by winning their first four games.
