Lavis

Lavis (German: Laifs) is a comune (municipality) in Trentino in the northern Italian region Trentino-Alto Adige/Südtirol, located about 7 km north of Trento. As of 31 December 2006, it had a population of 8,307 and an area of 12.4 km².
