KTCY (101.7 FM, "Baila 101.7") is a Latin Pop-formatted radio station based in the Fort Worth, Texas, area. The station is licensed to Azle, Texas, with a transmitter site located north of Decatur, Texas. It is simulcasted on KMPX channel 29.11. It is currently owned by Educational Media Foundation, whom purchased this station from Liberman Broadcasting in early November 2012.
