Lines
Komagawa Station is served by the Hachikō Line for Hachiōji and Takasaki, and the Kawagoe Line for Kawagoe. The Hachikō Line is divided here into the electrified southern section to Hachiōji and the non-electrified northern section to Kuragano. Many Kawagoe Line trains from Kawagoe continue to Hachiōji. The station is also served by trains to and from Tokyo via the Chūō Line in the morning and evening peak periods.

Famous quotes containing the word lines:
“When first my lines of heavenly joys made mention,
Such was their luster, they did so excel,
That I sought out quaint words and trim invention;
My thoughts began to burnish, sprout, and swell,
Curling with metaphors a plain intention,
Decking the sense as if it were to sell.”
—George Herbert (15931633)
“... when I awake in the middle of the night, since I knew not where I was, I did not even know at first who I was; I only had in the first simplicity the feeling of existing as it must quiver in an animal.... I spent one second above the centuries of civilization, and the confused glimpse of the gas lamps, then of the shirts with turned-down collars, recomposed, little by little, the original lines of my self.”
—Marcel Proust (18711922)
“Your letter is come; it came indeed twelve lines ago, but I
could not stop to acknowledge it before, & I am glad it did not
arrive till I had completed my first sentence, because the
sentence had been made since yesterday, & I think forms a very
good beginning.”
—Jane Austen (17751817)
