Kolkata Book Fair 2012
The 36th International Kolkata Book Fair 2012 flagged off on 25 January 2012 and will be operational till 5 February 2012. The Focal theme this year was :ITALY. West Bengal's newly appointed Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee inaugurated the Kolkata book fair on 24 January 2012 at 4:30pm. This year there are many Fire prevention measures are taken,considering the recent fire incidents in Kolkata like the AMRI Hospital tragedy.
