- 1922 - Joint Russian-German joint venture Deruluft starts flights on first scheduled international route, from Königsberg (Devau airport) - Moscow
- 1945 - Airport is transferred to Civil Air Fleet of USSR
- 1961 - Joint Air Squadron formed at the basis of airport and airline
- 1977 - Operations of Tupolev-134 begin
- 1979 - Passenger terminal is built in Khrabrovo
- 1988 - Tupolev-154s begin operations to Kaliningrad
- 1992 - Enterprise separates from Vnukovo Production association and becomes independent entity
