Kathleen Wilhoite (born June 29, 1964) is an American film and television actress, as well as a singer-songwriter. She is known for her roles in the films Witchboard, Murphy's Law (1986), and in the movie Lorenzo's Oil (1992). She is also known for her roles on ER and Gilmore Girls. She also voiced the title character in the animated series Pepper Ann.
