Kansas Wesleyan has a student government, clubs, publications and drama groups. The Kansas Wesleyan Speech and Debate Team of Steve Johnston and Noah Shook won the parliamentary debate portion of the Pi Kappa Delta tournament hosted at Louisiana State University at Shreveport March 19–21, 2009.
