Joseph Ceravolo

Joseph Ceravolo (April 22, 1934 – September 4, 1988) was an American poet associated with the second generation of the New York School. Most of Ceravolo’s work is out of print and his popularity is limited to the community of writers. As Charles North writes “ importance to American poetry over the past 30 years is still largely a secret.”
