Joe Musashi (ジョー・ムサシ, Jō Musashi?) is a player character and main hero in Sega's Shinobi series of video games, first introduced in 1987. The character achieved a great popularity during the late 1980s and early 1990s, when it was as one of the mascot characters of Sega.
